What Happens If I Still Have Funds In My HypeUp Account?
We'll continue processing manual requests through support for existing funds following the minimum requirements for 30 days - until 25th June 2023. Any leftover balances will be donated to a charity of HypeUp's choice after this date.
Who Do I Contact If I Still Have Funds In My Account?
Everyone with funds in their account has been emailed by our support team. Please follow the instructions on this email by 25th June 2023.
We want to thank you once more for being a fantastic community. HypeUp was a learning curve. But we're proud to have had the opportunity to innovate and connect with so many passionate users. Thank you for being a part of it!

We're grateful for your trust and support in HypeUp since our launch. The past year has been a significant learning experience for all of us. However, it's with sadness that we must announce the closure of our operations.
We recognize that we have not given enough attention and effort to developing this brand compared to our other companies. It would not be fair to expect you to use and wait for improvements in a product that does not meet your expectations.
We understand that this announcement may come as a surprise to those who have supported and enjoyed our services. But rest assured, this decision was made after careful consideration for our community.

The Next Steps
HypeUp will continue to operate as normal until 26th April 2024, after which you will no longer be able to deposit and only withdrawals will be processed.
Our support team will also be available to assist you with any concerns via help@hypeup.com after this period.
FAQ's
How do I withdraw my funds?
You can continue to withdraw your funds normally.
Just go to your wallet page, then choose ‘withdraw’ and pick your currency.
Remember, there might be different fees and minimum amounts for each currency, and the minimum amount you can withdraw is:
- 0.0002 BTC
- 0.1 ETH
- 5 USDT
- 0.01 LTC
Our team will handle all deposits and withdrawals requests up to and including 26th April 2024. After that, only withdrawals will be processed.
After 26th April 2024, a monthly administration fee may be applied to account balances that are not withdrawn. Please contact help@hypeup.com for more information.
Can I transfer my levels and rewards?
No, levels and rewards are not transferable to our other sites. If this changes, we will update you on our socials.
When is HypeUp coming back?
HypeUp is closing without any foreseeable return. Please keep an eye on our socials for more information in case anything changes.
Have you sold HypeUp?
No, the HypeUp brand ownership remains the same.
